All Melts & Co products are handmade. As a result:

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Full payment is required before orders are processed

  • We do not accept deposits for online orders

Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

 

5. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 2–6 business days, unless otherwise stated

  • Custom or personalised orders may require additional processing time

  • Processing time does not include delivery time

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

6. SHIPPING & COLLECTION

  • Delivery times depend on the courier selected at checkout

  • Once an order has been dispatched, Melts & Co is not responsible for courier delays

  • If collection is offered, orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched or collected.

 

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Used products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

 

8. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun

  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed

Customers are responsible for using products safely and as instructed.
Always follow candle care and safety guidelines provided.

  • Damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse

  • Failure to follow safety instructions

 

10. ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Our products contain fragrance oils.

  • We cannot guarantee allergen-free products

  • Melts & Co is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities
