Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Melts & Co does not offer returns or refunds on:

  • Used products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at Melts & Co’s discretion.

Shipping
